Porsche 911 Tour – Essential FAQ

Tour Basics

What’s included? Drive 3-9 different Porsche 911s (1992-2024). Gasoline, scenic routes, coffee stops, lunch, expert guide and cultural stops. Overnight accommodation and meals on the 2-day tour are all included.

How long? 5-7 hours, 9.30 AM to 3.30 PM. See 2-day tour section for further details.

Group size? 2-12 people, each drives their own car.

Requirements

Age/Experience needed? 30+ years old, 10+ years driving experience, manual transmission experience preferred but not essential. (Lack of manual licence will limit you to automatic cars.)

Why 10 years experience? Our cars span 30 years (1992-2024). Each generation drives differently – you need experience to handle them safely.

What license? Valid full car license required.

Social Media: We background check all clients via IG & FB or Linkedin to ensure safety.

Cars

What cars will I drive? 3-9 different Porsche 911s from 1992-2024 – from 1990s classics to modern 2020s models depending on tour group numbers.

Can I choose which cars? We try to accommodate preferences. VIP tours guarantee specific models.

Booking

Cancellation? 48+ hours: full refund. Less than 48 hours: partial/no refund. Bad weather: full refund.

Payment? Credit cards, PayPal, cash. 50% deposit required.

Damage deposit: 1,000 euros for damage cause by reckless or careless driving, speeding fines and/or parking fines.

 

 

Safety

Rules of conduct: Strict safety rules will be used during the tour. Your tour guides will instruct every one of the rules of the tour for that day, violation of the rules will mean immediate disqualification of your drive, you will be left to find your own way home from the tour.

Car care

Car care: You will be expected to treat the cars with respect and care; this means no tire burn outs or stunts etc. Each car has been checked for damage and you will be held responsible for any damages at the end of the tour.

Medical or visual impairment

Declared medical issues: You will be responsible for any visual aids needed whilst driving such as prescription earwear for distance and any medical issues need to be declared beforehand such as heart or blood pressure, for the driver and passengers.

 

Practical

What to bring? License, passport, comfortable clothes, closed shoes. Water drinking bottle, dry snacks.

Bad weather? Light rain OK. Heavy rain = postponed with refund.
